Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, May 1

Chicken Alfredo, French green beans, yellow squash, garlic bread stick, carnival cookie and milk.

Tuesday, May 2

Hamburger patty, lettuce/tomato/onion, Delmonico potatoes, hamburger bun, peach cobbler, mustard/ketchup and milk.

Wednesday, May 3

Tuna macaroni salad, carrifruit salad, three bean salad, saltine crackers, banana pudding and milk.

Thursday, May 4

Roast beef with gravy, whipped potatoes, okra and tomatoes, dinner roll, oatmeal apple square and milk.

Friday, May 5

Chicken Marsala, parslied rice, Tuscany vegetables, applesauce gelatin, sugar cookie and milk.
