Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Tuesday, April 25

Fajita chicken, shredded cheese, fiesta rice, lettuce/tomato, flour tortilla, pear apricot cobbler, taco sauce and milk.

Wednesday, April 26

Pork loin, brown gravy, oven roasted potatoes, peas and carrots, dinner roll, fluffy fruit whip and milk.

Thursday, April 27

Beef chili with beans, yellow rice, creamy Mexican corn, cornbread, peanut butter cookie and milk.

Friday, April 28

Chicken pot pie, lima beans, country tomatoes, wheat bread, fresh banana and milk.
