Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Chicken patty, macaroni and cheese, herbed green beans, white bread, cranapplesauce and milk.

Tuesday, April 4

Hamburger patty, Delmonico potatoes, lettuce/ tomato/onion, hamburger bun, peach cobbler and milk.

Wednesday, April 5

Beef stroganoff, green peas, seasoned cabbage, dinner roll, banana pudding and milk.

Thursday, April 6

Chicken and dressing, sweet potato casserole, okra and tomatoes, wheat bread, cookie and milk.

Friday, April 7

Turkey ham and white beans, parslied rice, dilled carrots, cornbread, amborosia whip and milk.
