Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Sweet and sour chicken, seasoned cabbage, ginger carrots, white bread, pineapple upside down cake and milk.

Tuesday, April 18

Sausage with onions and peppers, O’brien potatoes, baked beans, hot dog bun, Arkansas mud pudding, mustard and milk.

Wednesday, April 19

Beef chili macaroni, Southwest corn, mixed greens, wheat bread, cinnamon sugar cookie and milk.

Thursday, April 20

Honey mustard chicken, whipped potatoes, green bean casserole, dinner roll, brownie and milk.

Friday, April 21

Sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, macaroni salad, peach half with cottage cheese, white bread, fruited orange gelatin, mustard and milk.
