Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday, March 6

Sweet and sour chicken, seasoned cabbage, ginger carrots, white bread, pineapple upside down cake, and milk.

Tuesday, March 7

Sausage with onions and peppers, O’brien potatoes, baked beans, hot dog bun, Arkansas mud pudding, mustard and milk.

Wednesday, March 8

Beef chili macaroni, southwest corn, mixed greens, wheat bread, cinnamon sugar cookie and milk.

Thursday, March 9

Honey mustard chicken, whipped potatoes, green bean casserole, dinner roll, brownie and milk.

Friday, March 10

Sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, macaroni salad, peach half with cottage cheese, white bread, fruited orange gelatin, mustard and milk.
