Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The activity schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Chicken and sausage Jambalaya, California vegetables, whole kernel corn, white bread, chocolate cake and milk.

Tuesday, March 6

Hamburger patty, lettuce/tomato, Delmonico potatoes, hamburger bun, hot diced apples, mustard/ketchup and milk.

Wednesday, March 7

Chopped steak with mushrooms, buttered rice, Tuscany vegetables, dinner roll, banana pudding and milk.

Thursday, March 8

Chicken and dressing, baked sweet potato, okra and tomatoes, wheat bread, carnival cookie and milk.

Friday, March 9

Turkey ham and white beans, parslied rice, dilled carrots, cornbread, ambrosia pudding and milk.
