Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Turkey breast with gravy, whipped potatoes, mixed greens, cornbread, peanut butter cookie and milk.

Frito pie, Mexican rice, corn O’brien, corn chips, glazed fruit and milk.
