Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Mushroom chicken, twice whipped potatoes, glazed carrots, white bread, cinnamon sugar cookie and milk.

Tuesday, March 21

Teriyaki meatballs, buttered rice, Japaneses vegetables, wheat bread, fruit cocktail and milk.

Wednesday, March 22

Chicken spaghetti, Mexican corn, green beans, dinner roll, cherry fluff and milk.

Thursday, March 23

Honey glazed pork, lima beans, medley cabbage, cornbread, marble pudding and milk.

Friday, March 24

Hamburger patty, crispy cubed potatoes, lettuce/tomato/onion, hamburger bun, apple cherry crunch, mustard or ketchup and milk.
