Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, March 13

Salisbury beef, brown gravy, country potatoes, glazed beets, wheat bread, lemon swirl pudding and milk.

Tuesday, March 14

Fajita chicken, shredded cheese, fiesta rice, lettuce/ tomato, flour tortilla, pear apricot cobbler, Taco Sauce and milk.

Wednesday, March 15

Pork loin, brown gravy, oven roasted potatoes, peas and carrots, dinner roll, fluffy fruit whip and milk.

Thursday, March 16

Beef chili with beans, yellow rice, creamy Mexican rice, cornbread, peanut butter cookie and milk.

Friday, March 17

St. Patrick’s day meal: beef stew, O’brien potatoes, seasoned cabbage, cornbread, fruited lime gelatin and milk.
