Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The activity schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Wednesday, March 14

Glazed turkey ham, mashed spiced yams, blackeyed peas, dinner roll, tropical fruit and milk.

Thursday, March 15

Beef spaghetti, herbed green beans, tossed salad, Texas bread, apple raisin compote, ranch dressing and milk.

Friday, March 16

Baked chicken, ranch potatoes, Parmesan tomatoes, wheat bread, fresh fruit and milk.
