Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

9 a.m. Low impact exercise

11 a.m. Advanced exercise

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday, Feb. 7

10 a.m. Crafts with Cindy

10:30 a.m. Game time

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday, Feb. 6

Mushroom chicken, twice whipped potatoes, glazed carrots, white bread, cinnamon sugar cookie and milk.

Tuesday, Feb. 7

Teriyaki meatballs, buttered rice, Japanese vegetables, wheat bread, fruit cocktail and milk.

Wednesday, Feb. 8

Chicken spaghetti, Mexican corn, green beans, dinner roll, cherry fluff and milk.

Thursday, Feb. 9

Honey glazed pork, lima beans, medley cabbage, cornbread, marble pudding and milk.

Friday, Feb. 10

Hamburger patty, crispy cubed potatoes, lettuce/tomato onion, hamburger bun, apple cherry crunch, mustard or ketchup and milk.
