Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, Feb. 27

Meatloaf, tomato gravy, scalloped potatoes, lima beans, wheat bread, chocolate chip cookie and milk.

Tuesday, Feb. 28

Brunswick stew, yellow rice, glazed carrots, cornbread, fruit medley and milk.

Wednesday, March 1

Glazed ham, mashed spiced yams, purple hull peas, dinner roll, strawberry fruited gelatin and milk.

Thursday, March 2

Beef spaghetti, herbed green beans, mixed green salad, Texas bread, apple raisin compote ranch dressing and milk.

Friday, March 3

Baked chicken, ranch potatoes, tomato corn medley, wheat bread, oatmeal cookie and milk.
