Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, Feb. 13

Swiss steak, dirty rice, country tomatoes, wheat bread, pineapple tidbits and milk.

Tuesday, Feb. 14

Chicken and dumplings, green peas with onions, sliced carrots, dinner roll, blondie and milk.

Wednesday, Feb. 15

Turkey breast with gravy, whipped potatoes, mixed greens, cornbread, peanut butter cookie and milk.

Thursday, Feb. 16

Frito pie, Mexican rice, Corn O’brien, corn chips, glazed fruit and milk.

Friday, Feb. 17

Parmesan chicken, Au Gratin noodles, French green beans, Texas bread, fruited lime gelatin and milk.
