Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

9 a.m. Low impact exercise

10 a.m. Walk away the pounds/Sit a size

11 a.m. Advanced exercise

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday, Oct. 9

Swiss steak, whipped potatoes, corn and lima beans, wheat bread, tutti frutti pudding and milk.

Tuesday, Oct. 10

Beef spaghetti sauce, parslied noodles, French green beans, Texas bread, sliced peaches and milk.

Wednesday, Oct. 11

Baked turkey ham, candied spiced yams, mixed greens, cornbread, Arkansas Mud pudding and milk.

Thursday, Oct. 12

Baked chicken, Delmonico potatoes, glazed carrots, dinner roll, fruited yogurt and milk.

Friday, Oct. 13

Hamburger patty, lettuce and tomato, whole kernel corn, baked Navy beans, hamburger bun, chocolate chip cookie, mustard/ketchup and milk.
