Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, Oct. 31

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10:30 a.m. walk away pounds

11 a.m. advanced exercise

11:45 a.m. lunch; Halloween dress up contest/party

10 a.m. Move with balance

11 a.m. “Try To Throw The Apple in The Bucket”

Wednesday, Nov. 2

9 a.m. – noon Exercise

Country fried steak, country gravy, whipped potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, Mandarin oranges and milk.

Tuesday, Nov. 1

Turkey breast with gravy, mashed spiced yams, cabbage, dinner roll, strawberry swirl pudding and milk.

Wednesday, Nov. 2

Baked chicken breast, lemon sauce, purple hull peas, okra and tomatoes, wheat bread, banana and milk.

Thursday, Nov. 3

Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, orange carrots, dinner roll, fruited orange gelatin and milk.

Friday, Nov. 4

Pork loin, sweet and sour sauce, brown rice, green beans, dinner roll, tropical fruit, and milk.
