Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. walk away pounds

11 a.m. advanced exercise

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday, Oct. 11

10 a.m. Move with balance

10:30 a.m. BP/BS

11 a.m. Learn about a state

Wednesday, Oct. 12

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday, Oct. 10

Salisbury Steak, whipped potatoes, green beans with pimientos, wheat bread, carnival cookie and milk.

Tuesday, Oct. 11

Turkey pot roast, turkey gravy, baked sweet potato, lima beans, dinner roll, cherry delight and milk.

Wednesday, Oct. 12

Baked chicken breast, barbecue sauce, green peas, potato salad, Texas bread, hot spiced fruit and milk.

Thursday, Oct. 13

Peppered beef patty, onion gravy, whipped potatoes, glazed carrots, dinner roll, sugar cookie and milk.

Friday, Oct. 14

Three way chili, parslied rice, whole kernel corn, saltine crackers, fresh fruit and milk.
