Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. walk away pounds

11 a.m. advanced exercise

11:45 a.m. lunch

Tuesday, Oct. 18

10 a.m. move with balance

11 a.m. nutrition

Wednesday, Oct. 19

9 a.m. beginning aerobics

10 a.m. walk away pounds

11 a.m. Mr. Wise, music, advanced exercise

Thursday, Oct. 20

9 a.m. move with balance

10 a.m. devotion hour

11 a.m. praise singing

Monday, Oct. 17

Spaghetti, chuckwagon corn, French green beans, Texas bread, chocolate chip pudding and milk.

Tuesday, Oct. 18

Grilled chicken strips, chicken gravy, macaroni and cheese, cucumber salad, dinner rolls, apple raisin compote and milk.

Wednesday, Oct. 19

Turkey ham and white beans, parslied rice, mixed greens, cornbread, brownie and milk.

Thursday, Oct. 20

Barbecue pork, ranch beans, potato salad, hamburger bun, apple cobbler and milk.

Friday, Oct. 21

Smothered beef patty, whipped potatoes, stewed tomatoes, dinner roll, fresh banana and milk.
