Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Teriyaki meatballs, egg noodles, Japanese vegetables, white bread, rosy pears and pineapples and milk.

Tuesday, Oct. 17

Sausage and pintos, parslied rice, cabbage, cornbread, strawberry glazed cake and milk.

Wednesday, Oct. 18

Homestyle chicken and rice, herbed green peas, parslied carrots, dinner roll, chocolate chip cookie and milk.

Thursday, Oct. 19

Beef chili with beans, buttered rice, chuckwagon corn, saltine crackers, banana pudding and milk.

Friday, Oct. 20

Honey mustard chicken, macaroni and cheese, green beans w/ red peppers, white bread, fresh apple and milk.
