Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The activity schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Tuesday, Jan. 9
Sweet and sour meatballs, buttered rice, Japanese veggies, white bread, fresh banana and milk.
Wednesday, Jan. 10
Chicken spaghetti, whole kernel corn, glazed carrots, dinner roll, cherry fluff and milk.
Thursday, Jan. 11
Glazed turkey ham, candied yams with apples, mixed greens, cornbread, sugar cookie and milk.
Friday, Jan. 12
Hamburger patty, lettuce/tomato, crispy cubed potatoes, hamburger bun, hot spiced apples, mayonnaise or mustard and milk.
