Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The activity schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

The lunch menu for the Strachota Senior Center and Meals on Wheels for the upcoming week is listed below:

Monday, Jan. 29

Meatloaf, tomato gravy, scalloped potatoes, lima beans, wheat bread, chocolate chip cookie and milk.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

Brunswick stew, yellow rice, glazed carrots, cornbread, fresh orange and milk.

Wednesday, Jan. 31

Glazed turkey ham, mashed spiced yams, blackeyed peas, dinner roll, tropical fruit and milk.

Thursday, Feb. 1

Beef spaghetti bake, herbed green beans, tossed salad, Texas bread, apple raisin compote, ranch dressing and milk.

Friday, Feb. 2

Baked chicken, ranch potatoes, Parmesan tomatoes, wheat bread, fresh fruit and milk.
