Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The exercise schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Salisbury steak, brown gravy, country potatoes, glazed beets, wheat bread and milk.

Tuesday, Jan. 31

Fajita chicken, shredded cheese, fiesta rice, lettuce/tomato, flour tortilla, pear apricot cobbler and milk.

Wednesday, Feb. 1

Pork loin, brown gravy, oven roasted potatoes, peas and carrots, dinner roll, fluffy fruit whip and milk.

Thursday, Feb. 2

Beef chili with beans, yellow rice, creamy, Mexican corn, cornbread, peanut butter cookie and milk.

Friday, Feb. 3

Chicken pot pie, lima beans, country tomatoes, wheat bread, fresh banana and milk.
