Exercise equipment at the Strachota Senior Center is for seniors ages 55 and up, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The activity schedule for the upcoming week is as follows:

Monday, Jan. 22

Breaded chicken with gravy, blackeyed peas, brussels sprouts, white bread, fresh orange and milk.

Tuesday, Jan. 23

Hamburger patty, lettuce/tomato, Delmonico potatoes, hamburger bun, glazed fruit, and milk.

Wednesday, Jan. 24

Chopped steak w/ mushrooms, buttered rice, Tuscany vegetables, Texas toast, banana pudding and milk.

Thursday, Jan. 25

Chicken and dressing, baked sweet potato, okra and tomatoes, wheat bread, carnival cookie and milk.

Friday, Jan. 26

Turkey ham and white beans, parslied rice, dilled carrots, cornbread and milk.
