The Arkansas Petroleum Storage Tank Advisory Committee will consider reimbursement requests on cleanups at several communities including Pine Bluff.
The panel will meet at 9 a.m. April 24 at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality headquarters building at North Little Rock.
The agenda includes reports on the financial status of the Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund, and third-party claims against the fund; and consideration of requests for reimbursements for cleanup operations involving petroleum product releases at Alma, Berryville, DeWitt, Melbourne, Pine Bluff, Smackover, Strong, Texarkana, Van Buren, Warm Springs, West Memphis, and Yellville.
