A Stop Gun Violence march will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, beginning at 11 a.m. in downtown Pine Bluff.
Participants will meet at the Jefferson County Courthouse and end the march at the Pine Bluff Convention Center.
Organizers say it’s time to stop gun violence and demand a plan to end it, according to a news release.
“We can, we shall and we will. Together, we are Pine Bluff,” organizers said. “Why only rest in peace when we can live in peace.”
Organizers include Drue Griffin, Demetrious Mallet and Albert Brewer.
