Pine Bluff police are investigating a burglary at a pawn shop early Wednesday in which thieves drove a truck into the building and stole firearms.
Officers were dispatched to the Money Mart Pawn Shop at 2125 E. Harding Ave. at 4:59 a.m. Wednesday, Capt. Greg Shapiro said in a press release. They found a stolen 1991 Chevrolet truck that had been driven through the east door and wall of the business.
The suspects had fled the scene. The business owner is conducting an inventory to determine which firearms were stolen.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is assisting in the investigation.
Anyone with information should call the Pine Bluff Police Detective Division at 730-2090. All calls will be kept confidential and a reward is available for information leading to the identification and arrest of the suspect or suspects.
