A regional planning workgroup meeting for the State Water Plan is set from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Monday with lunch provided at the Grand Prairie Center, 2709 Highway 165 South in Stuttgart.

“This meeting will focus on irrigation and is an optional educational session on water management, conservation practices, funding and federal and state conservation incentive programs,” said Mike Daniels, professor and extension water quality and nutrient management expert with the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture.
