The Arkansas Supreme Court will conduct oral arguments in Pine Bluff on Thursday at the Hathaway-Howard Fine Arts Center at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
The argument will begin at 9 a.m. The public is invited to attend. The case that will be argued is Michael Leonard Miller v. Richard Weiss, director of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, # CA 11-879.
This will be the 14th occasion in modern times that the Supreme Court has held court outside of Little Rock.
Following the oral argument, the justices will be visiting with students at Pine Bluff, White Hall, Dollarway and Watson Chapel high schools.
