Southwood Elementary School, 4200 Fir St., will hold its 2013-14 parent and student orientation at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the school’s cafeteria.
Students and parents will receive information related to recent Benchmark test results, changes in the district’s uniform requirements, “The Leader in Me” program, school rules, Smart Core, classroom procedures, homeroom assignments and a copy of the new PBSD K-12 Guide to Student Rights, Responsibilities and Discipline Handbook.
