Southwood Elementary School, 4200 Fir St., will host its annual open house/tailgate party from 6 to 8 p.m.
Thursday. All parents, students and relatives are invited.
The agenda will include classroom visits, Title I schoolwide review, information on Smart Core/Common Core, The Leader in Me program and 2012 test results.
Special guests will include Pine Bluff School District administrators and representatives from Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Sam’s Club and Boy Scouts of America.
Following classroom visitations, participants may attend the tailgate party outside. Refreshments will include grilled hot dogs. Details: Call 543-4390.
