Southwood Elementary School, 4200 S. Fir St., will host a Black History program at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, in the school gym.
The guest speaker will be retired circuit judge Marion Humphrey, a Pine Bluff native. He is also pastor of Allison Presbyterian Church at Little Rock.
Other participants include the Southwood Select Choir and students, Pine Bluff High School Band and the Mabelvale Middle School Choir of Little Rock School District.
