Charles Roberts, a candidate for state representative for District 10, will be the guest speaker at the Southeast Arkansas TEA Party meeting. The event will be held at 6:30 p.m. May 14 at the Living Word Fellowship (south end of the building which houses Cowboy’s Restaurant) in Monticello.
