The 2016 Southeast Arkansas District Fair parade winners were recently announced. The categories and winners are:
Bands: First place, Pine Bluff High School Band; second place, Jack Robey Junior High School Band;
Youth: First place, Jefferson County Youth Band; second place, Pine Bluff Dance Academy;
Commercial: First place, Arkansas Convalescent Center; second place, Davis Life Care Center;
Horse: First place, Thomas Buggy.
