The Jefferson County Single Parent Scholarship Fund held its eighth annual Easter Fashion Extravaganza Saturday, March 19, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center. Retired major league baseball player Torii Hunter and his wife, Katrina, were fashion commentators. The extravaganza featured designs from the University of Arkansas at Pine Buff fashion design students as well as local merchants. Proceeds are awarded as scholarships to single parents of Jefferson County who are enrolled in institutions of higher education.
