Sheridan School District will hold kindergarten registration for the 2018-19 school year from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, March 26, and Thursday, March 29, at Sheridan Elementary and East End Elementary schools.
Parents should bring their child to registration for a kindergarten screening. The following information should also be brought to registration:
• Birth certificate or another form of identification. (The child must be 5 years old on or before Aug. 1, 2018).
• Identification number (a Social Security number or school assigned number).
• Immunization record.
Independent reporting for Pine Bluff & Jefferson County since 1879.
• Proof of residency. Those who don’t live in the Sheridan district may select the School Choice Option and the deadline for applications is May 1.
• Current proof of a physical examination within the past 24 months.
