Sharks Fish and Chicken has opened at 203 N. Blake St. in Pine Bluff with a menu offering an assortment of foods.
Frank Sheban is owner of the restaurant, which is at the northeast corner of the intersection of Martha Mitchell Expressway and Blake Street. The building used to house a Pizza Hut. Sheban welcomes people to call the restaurant at 870-536-7990 or visit.
Sheban said he operates Sharks Fish and Chicken restaurants in multiple locations in Little Rock.
“Customer satisfaction, fresh food and outstanding service are the keys to our success,” Sheban said. “We have been in business for over a decade in Arkansas. The name Sharks came to me 15 years ago. We have a great catering menu as well.”
He chose Pine Bluff because his “customers in Little Rock were asking us to come here.” Sheban said he opened in Pine Bluff on Thursday, Sept. 10.

“We have Philly cheesesteak sandwiches,” Sheban said. “We have a big menu. We cook to order whichever way you like it.”
His menu includes double cheeseburgers, hamburgers, chicken, wings, buffalo wings, frog legs, catfish, buffalo, tilapia, perch, gizzards and salads.
Marquita Shaw came to the restaurant on Wednesday afternoon and ordered nachos and gizzards. She said she was driving past and decided to check it out.
“Of course, I will try anything,” Shaw said. “They are friendly and the service is good. If anybody is in the area, I think they should give them a try.”
