A funnel cloud is spotted near the Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas campus in Stuttgart just after 6 p.m. Sunday, as multiple weather advisories covered parts of Southeast Arkansas throughout the day. According to the National Weather Service, a severe thunderstorm was located near Pine Bluff, moving east at 35 mph during the 6 p.m. hour. A tornado watch remained until 9 p.m. for Southeast Arkansas. The storm sharply dropped temperatures from a high of 75 to near freezing Monday morning, with a low of 29 expected for Monday night.
