Several SEA residents among Hutchinson’s appointments

Gov. Asa Hutchinson announced the following appointments March 1, including several from Southeast Arkansas:

• Lloyd Franklin, Pine Bluff, to the Arkansas Coalition for Juvenile Justice Board. The appointment expires Aug. 1, 2019. This was a reappointment.

• LaTasha Woods, Pine Bluff, to the Arkansas Coalition for Juvenile Justice Board. The appointment expires Aug. 1, 2020.

• Police Chief Ricky Wingard, White Hall, to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training. The appointment expires Jan. 14, 2025.

• Dr. John Robinette, Sheridan, to the Arkansas Board of Podiatric Medicine. The appointment expires Aug. 31, 2020. This was a reappointment.

• Rusty Moss, Dermott, to the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission. The appointment expires March 29, 2022. This was a reappointment.

• John Davis, Monticello, to the Arkansas Rural Development Commission. The appointment expires Dec. 31, 2022. Replaces Jamie Pafford-Gresham.

• Martha McCaskill, Carlisle, to the Arkansas Rural Development Commission. The appointment expires Dec. 31, 2022. Replaces Phyllis Gordon.

• Miles Goggans, Little Rock, to the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission. The appointment expires March 29, 2022. This was a reappointment.

• Dr. Samuel Atcherson, Little Rock, to the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas School for the Blind and the Arkansas School for the Deaf. The appointment expires Jan. 14, 2023. Replaces Dr. Douglas Watson.

• Timothy Barnes, Clinton, to the Board of Visitors for the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts. The appointment expires Jan. 14, 2025. This was a reappointment.

• Dr. Zachary Ward, North Little Rock, to the Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. The appointment expires June 30, 2018. Replaces Dr. Jayme Pultro.

• Quincy McKinney, Conway, to the Arkansas Public Defender Commission. The appointment expires July 1, 2022. Replaces Jerry Larkowski.

• Blake Montgomery, Hope, to the Arkansas Public Defender Commission. The appointment expires July 1, 2022. Replaces Eugene Bramblett.

• Chief Hayes Minor, Bentonville, to the Arkansas Alcohol and Drug Abuse Coordinating Council. The appointment expires July 1, 2019. Replaces Chief Kirk Lane.

• Teresa Belew, Little Rock, to the Arkansas Alcohol and Drug Abuse Coordinating Council. The appointment expires July 1, 2019. Replaces Dr. Rob Covington.

• Dr. Sara Jones, Sherwood, to the Arkansas Alcohol and Drug Abuse Coordinating Council. The appointment expires July 1, 2019. Replaces Dr. Marvin Covey.

• Brent Keener, Waldron, to the Arkansas Rural Development Commission. The appointment expires Dec. 31, 2022. Replaces Lonnie Turner.

• Butch Prunty, Blytheville, to the Arkansas Rural Development Commission. The appointment expires Dec. 31, 2022. Replaces Glenn Priebe.

• Thomas Marsh, Fort Smith, to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training. The appointment expires Jan. 14, 2025. This was a reappointment.

• Barry Phillips, Jonesboro, to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training. The appointment expires Jan. 14, 2025. This was a reappointment.

• Chief Bob Harrison, Texarkana, to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training. The appointment expires Jan. 14, 2025. This was a reappointment.

• Steve Cranford, Sims, to the Contractors Licensing Board. The appointment expires Dec. 31, 2022. This was a reappointment.

• Rev. Tyrone Broomfield, Jacksonville, to the Board of Corrections. The appointment expires Dec. 31, 2024. This was a reappointment.

• Lt. Col. Jeffrey Wood, Maumelle, as the State Judge Advocate for the Arkansas National Guard. The appointment expires at the Will of the Governor. Replaces Col. C. Jason Carter.

• William Brewer III, Paragould, to the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission. The appointment expires Jan. 14, 2025. Replaces Don Richardson.

• Randy Fore, Mountain Home, to the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers. The appointment expires July 31, 2020. This was a reappointment.

• Dillard Martin, Little Rock, to the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers. The appointment expires July 31, 2020. This was a reappointment.

• Mark Oyler, Rogers, to the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers. The appointment expires July 31, 2020. This was a reappointment.

• Christopher Lowry, El Dorado, to the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers. The appointment expires July 31, 2020. Replaces Dr. Matthew Taylor.

• Dr. Lee Lane, Paris, to the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority. The appointment expires Jan. 14, 2022. Replaces Dr. Richard Burnett.
