Gov. Asa Hutchinson announced the following appointments March 1, including several from Southeast Arkansas:
• Lloyd Franklin, Pine Bluff, to the Arkansas Coalition for Juvenile Justice Board. The appointment expires Aug. 1, 2019. This was a reappointment.
• LaTasha Woods, Pine Bluff, to the Arkansas Coalition for Juvenile Justice Board. The appointment expires Aug. 1, 2020.
• Police Chief Ricky Wingard, White Hall, to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training. The appointment expires Jan. 14, 2025.
• Dr. John Robinette, Sheridan, to the Arkansas Board of Podiatric Medicine. The appointment expires Aug. 31, 2020. This was a reappointment.
