Southeast Arkansas College will continue its free summer Students Training in Allied Health Technologies Camp through Thursday.
The four-day event began Monday. The camp provides ninth-, tenth- and 11th-grade students certification in CPR and first aid, a tour of the renovated Nursing Department and an up-close look at the following programs and careers in nursing and allied health: practical nursing, LPN/LPTN/paramedic to RN, emergency medical technology, paramedic, nursing assistant, radiologic technology, respiratory care, phlebotomy technology, surgical technology and home care provider.
