A seminar entitled “Educating Hourly Employees in Safety,” will be held March 21 from 7:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. at McGeorge Hall-Seminar Room at Southeast Arkansas College.
The event is sponsored by the Southeast Arkansas Human Resources and Safety Committee. The purpose of the program is to promote hazard recognition in the workplace to reduce employee injuries and illnesses.
Representatives of safety committees, employees, public agencies, or anyone interested in maintaining a safe and healthful workplace should attend.
The registration fee is $25 and covers lunch and materials. Participants are urged to pre-register, as seating is limited.
