The Southeast Arkansas College Early Childhood Development Center, 2200 S. Hazel St., is accepting applications to fill toddler slots for the Early Head Start Program.
Applications will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis for toddlers starting at age 18 months. Families must meet Early Head Start eligibility requirements. Applications can be picked up at the facility.
