Due to the campus being closed for a week because of inclement weather, Southeast Arkansas College revised its academic calendar for the start of the spring 2018 Semester.
Dates that have been updated include: last day to apply for admission — Monday, Jan. 22; first day of class — Monday, Jan. 22; drop for nonpayment — Friday, Jan. 26, (noon); last day to register for classes/ change schedule — Friday, Jan. 26; drop for nonpayment — Wednesday, Jan. 31, (noon); last day to drop with 100 percent refund — Monday, Feb. 5. The campus will extend hours in several offices. Campus Support Offices (welcome center, advisement, registrar, financial aid, testing and cashier) will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, through Thursday, Jan. 25, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The bookstore will have extended hours from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22 through Thursday, Jan. 25, and Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Details: 870-543-5900.
