Southeast Arkansas residents graduated during the 2016 fall commencement at Southern Arkansas University at Magnolia Dec. 9. Area graduates include:
• Layton Bell, of Sheridan, a criminal justice major, graduated from the College of Liberal and Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Science degree.
• Megan Bodiford, of Grapevine, a psychology major, graduated Cum Laude from the College of Liberal and Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Science degree.
• Chelsey Durden, of Hermitage, a social work major, graduated from the College of Liberal and Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Social Work degree.
• Thomas Gateley, of Pine Bluff, a bio sci:marine biology major, graduated from the College of Science and Engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree.

• Ehvan Johnson, of Pine Bluff, was a biology-pre health major and graduated from the College of Science and Engineering, Honors College Graduate, with a Bachelor of Science degree.
• Cody Mashburn, of Stuttgart, was a political science major and graduated from the College of Liberal and Performing Arts, Honors College Graduate, with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
• Lindsey Mitchell, of Sheridan, a business adm:agri business major, graduated from the College of Business with a Master of Business Administration degree.
• Lauren Morehead, of Pine Bluff, was a chem:pre-health professional biochemistry major and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the College of Science and Engineering, Honors College Graduate, with a Bachelor of Science degree.
• Daniel Raney, of Kingsland, an art and design-studio major, graduated from the College of Liberal and Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
