The 2012 Red Kettle Drive and Angle Tree Program will kick off for Pine Bluff, serving Jefferson, Grant, Arkansas, Lincoln and Cleveland counties on Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Simmons First National Bank, 501 Main St.
