The Rotary Clubs have announced upcoming programs.
The Downtown Pine Bluff Rotary Club meets at noon Tuesday at the Pine Bluff Country Club. Chancellor Laurence Alexander of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will be the speaker. Also, the Small Business Appreciation Day will be celebrated and the George Makris Sr. Award will be presented.
The West Pine Bluff Rotary Club meets at noon Thursday at the Pine Bluff Country Club. Members of the Black Pilots of America will discuss Operation Skyhook, the Memorial Day weekend program to be held at Grider Field Municipal Airport.
The West Pine Bluff Club will also meet May 29 featuring Leslie Beatty and Patty Heird with The Call.
