Marcus Richmond, a Republican candidate for U.S. Congressman in the 4th District, will be the speaker at the Southeast Arkansas TEA Party at the Living Word Fellowship in Monticello at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 12.
Richmond will speak to the group about his goals and his platform and will answer questions. Two other candidates are scheduled to speak at future meetings.
