Sederick C. Rice is sponsoring a voter education summit from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 19, at the family life center of Mt. Harmony Missionary Baptist Church, 812 E. Harding Ave.
The event, coordinated by Rice, is designed to educate Jefferson County voters about voter rights and rules, the use of voterview.org and how wards and precincts determine polling locations.
