Relyance Bank announces 4 promotions

Chuck Morgan, president and chief executive officer of Relyance Bank, recently announced four promotions:

Carlotta Aytch has been appointed vice president of corporate operations risk. Aytch began her banking career 24 years ago as a teller. She was promoted to management and now uses her expertise in monitoring operational risk within the organization. Aytch was awarded the PBNB Brenda Thompson Award for integrity and dependability. She is a Leadership Pine Bluff graduate and serves on the board of the United Way of Southeast Arkansas.

Scott Socia has been promoted to vice president of loan operations. Socia earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance at Arkansas State University and has completed several banking schools, seminars, and training courses during his 10 years at Relyanace Bank. Socia is a member of the Downtown Rotary Club of Pine Bluff and volunteers for the United Way.

John Wall has been promoted to vice president of financial reporting. Wall is a Henderson State University business finance graduate. During his 10 years of banking, he has completed several seminars and courses, graduated with distinctions from the Southwestern School of Banking at SMU and graduated from the School of Bank Investments and Financial Management at the University of South Carolina. Wall is a Leadership Pine Bluff graduate. He is a member and past president of the Downtown Rotary Club of Pine Bluff. He serves on the board of directors for Neighbor to Neighbor and a volunteer of United Way.

Venus Landers has been promoted to assistant vice president of teller operations. Landers earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. She has 12 years of banking experience. Landers was recognized by her peers as employee of the year in 2011 and honored for her outstanding customer service by the Pine Bluff Chamber of Commerce in 2011 and 2012. She has also completed several banking certifications and volunteers for the Salvation Army of Pine Bluff.
