The Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Economic Opportunities Commission will end the regular assistance portion of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program Thursday, March 31. The crisis LIHEAP program will continue until funds are depleted.
EOC administers LIHEAP in Jefferson, Grant, Cleveland, Arkansas and Lincoln counties.
