The Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Economic Opportunities Commission will end the regular Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program at noon Friday, April 13.
The winter LIHEAP offers assistance to people with regular and disconnect notices on their electric or gas bills.
The crisis LIHEAP will continue until funds are depleted. Participants must have a disconnect or shut-off notice for crisis assistance.
