The Red Cross needs help in filling disaster kits, given to families who suffer from home fires or other disasters in our local area.
The kits contain personal items such as travel-size shampoo, body gel, deodorant, lotions, combs and washcloths. Toothbrushes and toothpaste have been provided by local dentists.
Saturday, Oct. 26, is Make a Difference Day in the United States.
